shipping because our apples are made to order, all orders placed by 4pm will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. our standard shipping method is FedEx Overnight, unless otherwise specified. Although Priority Mail is an optional shipping method, we cannot guarantee timely delivery and product freshness if this method is selected. orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We strongly recommend FedEx (1 business day) for orders shipping on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery and freshness. due to agricultural restrictions, APPLES CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO HAWAII. please contact your local store for mainland orders. we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. a signature will be required at time of delivery. due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient is available. because our products are made-to-order, refunds cannot be issued for incorrect order information or refused deliveries. you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information on day of shipment.

Return Policy If you receive an order where the contents have been damaged in shipping, call our office immediately (within 48 hours of receiving) at 808-247-5828 to process a claim. Refunds or replacement product will be issued for all claims reported within 48 hours of receipt of product.
